NO ONLINE ORDERS

You can order by printing our order form, filling it in, enclosing a check or money order, and mailing the order to us. At this time, we do not take credit cards or online orders. Our priority system is based on the date of mailing, i.e. the postmark on the order.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

To keep it simple and usually cheaper, products are shipped by Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes. Shipping charges up to 10 pounds are listed on the printable order form. The Small Flat Rate Box holds 1 pound and ships to any state for $5.20, the Medium Box holds 2 to 3 pounds and ships for $10.95, and the Large Box will hold up to 10 pounds and ships for $14.95. There are no handling fees. For orders over 10 pounds, call or email and we will figure out the most economical way to ship to you.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Please list on the order form which substitutes you would prefer if we run out of the variety you have ordered. Should you wish a refund on items that are out of stock, write “No Subs.” If your first choice is out of stock, no preferred substitute is listed, and you have not specified “No Subs,” we will choose a substitute that is as close to your original preference as possible.
