We offer naturally-grown hardneck garlic and shallot onions from our family farm in northwest Ohio. This is an artisan effort and the crop is hand-crafted with care. Quantities are limited.
This is it; I'm retiring. After 21 years, it's time to do something else. Thank you to all my customers over the past two decades. I hope you keep the great garlic and shallots growing. Namaste ~ Lou Pendleton
HARDNECK GARLIC (Allium sativum ssp ophioscorodon)
Cloves are bigger and easier to peel than softnecks found in most grocery stores. Also, hardnecks have deeper more interesting flavors.

SHALLOT ONIONS (Allium ascalonicum)
Considered to be the gourmet member of the onion family, shallots have a coppery skin and purple-tinged white flesh. They have a more delicate, garlicky flavor than other cooking onions and are a common ingredient in French sauces.
